1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RetailEdge Business Consulting website at www.retailedge.co.in and the services we provide. 2. Our Services

RetailEdge provides business consulting, website design, brand identity design, and physical branding services to local businesses in Bangalore. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually with each client before any work begins.

Services are provided on an on-demand, project basis. We do not require or impose long-term retainer contracts.

3. Consultations

We offer a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your needs. This consultation is provided without obligation. Any recommendations made during the consultation are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal engagement until a service agreement is confirmed in writing.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms, amounts, and milestones for each project are outlined in the individual service proposal shared with you before work begins. General practices include:

• An advance payment is typically required to confirm and commence work.
• Final balances are due upon delivery or as per the agreed milestone schedule.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund of advance payment will be issued. Once work is in progress, partial refunds may be considered proportional to work completed.
• Disputes should be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All original design work, content, and deliverables created by RetailEdge for your project are transferred to you upon final payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

The RetailEdge name, logo, and all website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of RetailEdge Business Consulting and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate delivery of your project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about your business and requirements.
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or content within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure that any content, images, or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Notify us promptly if your requirements change significantly after work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

RetailEdge provides advisory and design services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased sales, footfall, or search ranking improvements, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetailEdge's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

8. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that may damage our reputation. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time without notice.

While we take care to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the website will always be available or error-free.
